Cancellation & No-Show Policy
By confirming this booking, you agree to the following terms:
A minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations or changes made within 2 hours of the appointment time will incur a £5 charge.
NO-SHOWS (failure to attend without notice) will be charged the full appointment fee, payable before any future bookings.
Appointment time is reserved exclusively for the client and cannot be reallocated at short notice.
These terms apply to all clients without exception.
